1、产品介绍

MVR蒸发阻垢剂是由有机膦酸盐、膦羧酸、聚羧酸类阻垢分散剂、降粘剂、表面活性剂等组成。该产品能有效的抑制碳酸盐、锈蚀产物、硫酸盐或硅酸盐等结垢。药剂通过螯合增容、晶格修辞等作用，达到阻垢作用，分散剂还会与蒸发器表面所结污垢发生化学反应，使之不易在蒸发器表面沉淀附着，剥离老垢。保证了蒸发器表面清洁，提高热传导速度，延长设备使用寿命和清洗周期。对抑制碳酸盐、锈蚀产物、硫酸盐或硅酸盐的析出或沉淀有很好的效果。

3、使用方法

将MVR专用阻垢分散剂在加药罐中稀释后通过计量泵，按计量随废水一起加入蒸发器中，也可直接加入原液。一般用量为50～200ppm，根据水质情况确定具体用量。

4、包装与贮运

(1)本品采用塑料桶包装，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根据客户需要确定。

(2)本产品储存在阴暗、通风的库房，并远离火种和高温，库温不宜超过30℃。

(3)与易燃、可燃物、酸类、碱类等物质分开存放，切忌混储。

(4)贮区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料。

5、安全与防护

(1)避免吸入、食入，操作人员必须佩戴好防护眼镜、防酸碱手套、防护口罩及工作帽，必要时要穿戴好防酸碱防护服。

(2)工作过程中不准进食、饮水，注意通风或局部排风，工作完毕用肥皂和清水洗手。

(3)装卸时防止碰撞，注意密封，防止包装及容器损坏。

  (4)装卸过程中要禁止野蛮装卸，确保容器不泄露、不倒塌、不坠落、不损坏，防止装卸过程中溶液溅出伤人。

Usage: Dilute the MVR special scale inhibitor and dispersion agent in the dosing tank into the evaporator along with the wastewater through the metering pump, or the stock solution can also be added directly.
